On one occasion when my car needed a part replaced that had already recently been replaced, Keith went out of his way to remind me that the part was still covered under warranty. I have been going to DOK for years (2005 I think)!! Right away you feel like you're part of a family! No matter my situation they always make sure my vehicles are safe and never let me go without my car! I broke down on the highway one time (on my way work and had a coworker coming to get me), I called Keith and he said just leave the keys with the car and we'll take care of it. They had my car towed for me and everything. I can always count on these guys!!!! I would NEVER go anywhere else!
